IMTC Featured in NJBiz Story About Inaugural University Challenge

In the feature, the winning team of the university challenge, a group of Seton Hall students, describes its experience utilizing IMTC’s (formerly, CBXmarket) platform to create portfolios and deepen understanding of the fixed income universe.
IMTC launched the university challenge to introduce students to fixed income securities, which are typically given less exposure on campuses. The victors learned “a lot about bond mathematics … and the whole universe of fixed income bond training,” according to Seton Hall Stillman School of Business Professor Leo Cheung.
The students of the winning team came from diverse educational focuses/backgrounds, including marketing and finance students. Not only did they have a completely new experience, they “thought the product was pretty easy to use, especially compared to a Bloomberg terminal.”
