CEO

Erik started with Accenture nearly 30 years ago. After nearly a decade of helping clients to transform new strategies into high-performing technology solutions, he decided to become an entrepreneur. Since then, Erik has co-founded three successful businesses, all within global software and services.

Erik’s passion is innovation. He is always on the lookout for new ideas that can transform how a business performs. He excels at developing new business strategies and turning them into competitive businesses within technology architecture and implementation, business and IT strategy and sales and marketing.

Erik holds a master's degree in business and economics from the University of Odense and has done business in nearly every part of the world, including the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the US.

NICOLAI GRAFF ANDERSEN
CTO

Nicolai has a proven track record of effectively designing and building complex software solutions from the ground up. Leveraging his background as a management consultant, he is skilled at quickly understanding industry processes and using his experience to transform them into high performance software roadmaps.

Nicolai has a broad range of technical expertise with agile software development, including delivery of scalable 24/7 mission critical systems and novel solutions for mathematical modeling and optimization algorithms. As a product owner, he has refined the art of managing an array of software platforms for international deployment. He compliments his technical skills with an ability to attract, build, coach and manage high-performing development teams.

Nicolai holds a master’s degree in engineering and computer science from the Danish Technical University. Nicolai works in an advisory capacity for IMTC from cVation.

CHRISTIAN MOLLER
PARTNER

Christian has dedicated his 20-year career to developing, delivering and selling consulting services and software solutions to executive-level clients worldwide. His experience spans a wide spectrum—technology architecture, software development, business and IT strategy, marketing and solution sales.

Christian has a track record of success in bringing concepts to life and building client relationships by entering and establishing strong businesses in new markets. Previously, he was a management consultant at Accenture. As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded three successful start-ups that provide services and software products to international markets.

Christian holds a master's degree in engineering and computer science from the Danish Technical University. Christian works in an advisory capacity for IMTC from cVation.

JOHN MIZZI
VP OF STRATEGY AND MARKETING

John has spent his career working across strategy, business development and marketing organizations at financial services companies. He joined the leadership team in 2017.

John leads all strategic initiatives for IMTC, with a focus on developing partnerships and navigating marketing channels. Previously, he was an Associate at GCM Grosvenor, an alternative asset manager, after starting his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He attended the University of Michigan, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

John currently sits on the Board of Directors for the McCarton Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to educate, empower and provide exceptional treatment for children with autism.

RUSSELL FELDMAN
VP OF PRODUCT AND SALES

Russell played an integral role in the launch of IMTC and helped design the strategic direction of the company. He joined the leadership team in 2017 bringing experience from various business and product development roles at financial services and technology companies.

He is responsible for driving growth and profitability across the organization with an emphasis on business and product development. Previously, he worked in Institutional Sales and Client Advisory at Deutsche Asset Management serving as a point person for clients across a broad array of investment products and solutions.

Russell graduated Magna Cum Laude from The George Washington School of Business with a B.B.A. double-majoring in Finance and Sports Management.
